ESPC Executive Director and 25-year veteran Wyoming journalist
Dan is the executive director of the ESPC and was for a generation one of Wyoming's leading newspaper journalists, editing the Casper Star-Tribune until 2004. He is an avid hunter and a nonprofit volunteer board officer for Housing Alternatives of Casper, Inc and the Western States Center.

Meredith Taylor, Board Member since 2001
Dubois, Wyo.
Meredith is the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem Coordinator with the Wyoming Outdoor Council, a backcountry outfitter and conservation activist. She is a prominent advocate for protection of wildlife migration corridors and wildlife habitat within the state. Meredith and her husband own and operate a local outfitter business and spend their summers packing in Wyoming's backcountry.

Ray Hanson, Board Member since 2007
Lander, Wyo.
Retired Bureau of Land Management outdoor recreation planner
Ray retired from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management in 2007, where he had been involved in recreation planning, an interest he now pursues as a consultant. He received the 2004 "Legends" award from the BLM for his contributions to public land resource planning, development of Wyoming's portions of the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail, national BLM offroad vehicle policy and innovative management of Wyoming's segments of the National Historic Trails System. He is also an accomplished cyclist, leading backcountry expeditions across the Western states.

Forrest McCarthy, Board member since 2007
Teton Village, Wyo.
Mountain guide and Teton County Planning commissioner
Forrest is an avid outdoorsman, experienced mountaineer and a longtime climbing guide with Exum Mountain Guides, leading expeditions from Alaska to Antarctica. He was appointed to the Teton County Planning Commission in 2007 and is active in guiding growth policy in the Jackson Hole area in this capacity. He is currently completing a master's degree program in climate change science through the University of Wyoming.

Mary Lou Morrison, Board Member since 2006
Casper, Wyo.
Education specialist, wildlife artist
Mary Lou is a retired art instructor and longtime volunteer at Casper's Nicolaysen Art Museum with a wealth of experience in wildlife art and a member of more than a dozen environmental organizations. Her civic volunteerism also includes extensive experience with campaigns and canvassing during the election season.
